After a couple of years off, it was great to be back at the IA Summit in Phoenix this past April, and even better to give a talk on Design for Emotion and Flow...

This new talk is based on the Boxes and Arrows article of the same name, but includes a number of new examples and illustrations to help illustrate the core ideas around attention, design and flow.
