Stephen P. Anderson from PoetPainter has posted a presentation on Slideshare entitled “Creating Pleasurable Interfaces: Getting From Tasks to Experiences”… The presentation provides a good overview of some of the “principles” of designing for emotion with some illustrative examples. I was honoured to find that Stephen had referred to a couple of ideas and slides from my 2006 IA Summit presentation to illustrate one important aspect of product personalities and the idea of flow in interface design.
I’ve posted the presentation Stephen refers to on Slideshare for your viewing pleasure.
